Product region, Eitoku city, China where brown sugar comes from is located at the nearly same latitude as Okinawa’s sugar cane product region, is the most suitable for growing sugar cane. It is surrounded by high mountains with the big difference of temperatures during day and night where high quality sugar cane grows.
We only use the brown sugar which comes from Yue bei Sugar Company who holds ISO 9001 and who accept sugar canes only which have passed their strict growing standards and after-harvest tests.
The whole packaging process line is strictly controlled under the conditions where the temperature and humidity are kept at certain level. After packaging, all products are put through metal detector and only passed products are packed in our propriety bags and delivered to Japan.
Eitoku brown sugar arrived in Japan are brought in our consigned plants whose production principles are based on safety and security. In this manner, “brown sugar syrup” is made, using 100% brown sugar with no additives.
Since our brown sugar syrup is made with no additives, it has deep richness and is full of minerals such as calcium, magnesium and vitamins and finished in natural sweetness. That’s why it is good for your body.
Brown sugar syrup portion-type made from 100% brown sugar, the first in the industry, is used at café for bread, donuts, latte-ice cream. At restaurants it’s used for various dishes and sweets, and at yakitori and yakiniku (beef barbecued) restaurants used as sauce.
Keep at room temperature, and it’s quite easy to handle since you can enjoy eat-by freshness date for 365 days. As you can order from 100 pieces at minimum, don’t hesitate to try it.
